Absolutely fantastic and professional customer service

Experience with my agent flight ticket, customer service was absolutely fantastic and professional. Whereas I was just checking the price due to my situation and my requirement on the specific days but agent found the deal for me which I was looking for money wise and days. You are allowed to carry one check in bag of 23Kg plus the normal hand luggage however if you want to take an extra bag then you have to pay additional fee.
